Terms and Conditions
In these Terms & Conditions, “Organizer,” “Us,” “Our,” or “We” refers to Immediate Live (Bad Hombre Music LLC).
“Event” refers to the event, exhibition, or show specified on this ticket.

Ticketing
- By attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional terms outlined by our ticketing agent.
- Admission to the Event is strictly by valid ticket or pass only.
- For the safety of all attendees, both venue management and the Organizer reserve the right to refuse entry and conduct security checks as necessary.
- Please verify your ticket upon purchase, as errors may not be rectifiable later.
- Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after purchase, except under the 'Booking with Confidence Promise' during 2021. Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to attend due to any government-imposed COVID-19 regulation or restriction introduced after September 17, 2021, your ticket will be transferred to a future Event, but no refunds will be issued.
- Additional fees, such as booking or transaction fees, may apply and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Event Changes & Cancellations
- In the case of rescheduling or relocation of the Event, you may choose to retain or exchange your ticket for the new date/location. If the Event is canceled, you may opt for a ticket transfer to a future event or request a refund, excluding any non-refundable fees such as Booking or Transaction Fees and Ticket Refund Protection.
- The Organizer is not liable for any costs incurred due to changes, rescheduling, or cancellation of the Event, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
- Altered or defaced tickets will be rendered void, and the holder will be denied entry.
Ticket Use
- Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold for profit. Resold tickets will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused entry.
- We may impose a maximum ticket allocation per person and reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased beyond this limit.
Event Conduct
- The organizer reserves the right to adjust the content or schedule of the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, with no obligation to issue refunds or exchanges.
- The Organizer may refuse entry or eject any individual appearing intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, refusing to wear a mask when required (unless medically exempt), or engaging in dangerous or inappropriate behavior.
- The Organizer and venue operator are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or death unless caused by a breach of legal obligations and resulting in direct and foreseeable consequences. The Organizer is not liable for actions of third parties, including exhibitors.
Safety & Compliance
- The Event will adhere to the latest U.S. Government and Public Health guidelines regarding COVID-19, and will operate under the Event Industry’s All Secure Standard. Visitor flow may be managed to comply with density requirements, which may include remaining outdoors until indoor spaces become available
- Outdoor Events will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. No refunds will be issued for bad weather at indoor or outdoor Events. Please dress appropriately.
- The Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
Media & Recordings
- Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for broadcast, publication, or security purposes by the Organizer and our trusted sponsors and partners.
- Commercial use of any part of the Event without permission from the Organizer is prohibited.
Additional Provisions
- No animals are allowed at the Event except for guide, assistance, and hearing dogs.
- Event details, timings, and car park charges are subject to change; please verify before traveling
- Please check your travel route in advance to ensure timely arrival. The Organizer is not responsible for travel delays.
- Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in performances, but admission cannot be guaranteed.
- Video and sound recordings are prohibited in performance areas unless prior written permission is granted by the Organizer.
- Attendees under 18 years of age are not permitted to purchase or sample alcoholic beverages or knives in accordance with the law.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by U.S. law, and the courts of the U.S. will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
